Tulum beach is one of the most beautiful, unspoiled beaches in the world. And with very restricted development, we can only offer a limited number of private beach bum Memberships. And we like it that way.

La Zebra Beach Club when completed will offer Members the best range of amenities on the beach, including:

Members can use all of the La Zebra Club amenities, including holidays in a luxury Beach Shack. Or, Members can book their holiday in a luxury Beach Shack and then rent it out privately to generate a cash return.
Members can transfer their Membership to family members without cost. There are no fixed maintenance or annual fees (just a daily housekeeping charge of $20 USD while in residence at the Club). Members can resell their Membership in the future and share in the capital gain.

La Zebra is offering a limited number of Equity Memberships in the La Zebra Beach Club. Investing in a Membership is the most cost effective way to pay for your holidays on the beach in Tulum. There are 6 levels of Membership available:
Jungle - Standard - Silver - Gold - Platinum - Diamond
When you become a Member your Membership account is opened and each year a number of Zebra-dollars are deposited into your account. You simply call Guest Services, select the dates you want to stay at La Zebra in a luxury Beach Shack and the required Zebra-dollars are withdrawn from your Membership account. |

Buying beach properties in Tulum is getting more and more expensive. Also, there is a significant cost and effort required to maintain a second beach home in Tulum that may be used only for a few weeks of the year anyway. As a result most people are prepared to pay high rental rates to be able to stay on the beach in Tulum. Over time the rental costs will rise as availability of rooms and houses to rent remains relatively static.
We hope to address these issues with the La Zebra Beach Club, an exclusive Members Only property right on the most beautiful stretch of beach in Tulum. We are building “..luxury Beach Shacks for the urban beach bum…” at La Zebra, which can be used by Members along with all the other beach amenities available at the club. Our memberships are modeled on the idea of an exclusive private Yacht or Golf Club, but instead of accessing facilities for yachting or playing golf, Members gain beach front accommodation and beach club facilities. And best of all, our Memberships can be resold in the future or passed on to your children.
The Zebra Private Beach Club is for couples and families who enjoy luxury beach vacations on the beach in Tulum. Our Membership program has been designed to provide the lowest cost way to pay for these luxury beach vacations, or to take cash from renting their Memberships to other third parties in private transactions. The program has been modeled on exclusive private golf or yacht club membership programs that eliminate many of the problems associated with timeshare or fractional type programs.
Furthermore, there are no annual Maintenance fees. This is because when all the Memberships are sold the current operating hotel, restaurant and bar will be transferred to the ownership of the Club and all operating profits will be used to maintain and improve the Club. This means that the members, through the Club will actually own all of the equity in the La Zebra Hotel, Restaurant and Bar, as well as the Club assets (which include the Luxury Beach Shacks).
